Yikes Nik ... when you started, what was your time expectation and how long will it take now in reality ??
The expectation is 9-18 months, with an average of 12 months. But it appears that we are going to be closer to 15 months, sadly.
Take that back, 12 months it will be (if she passes the interview)!
